Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party service providers to help run our website and securely process inquiries:
- Cloudflare Turnstile: We use Cloudflare Turnstile for spam prevention and bot security. Turnstile may analyze telemetry data from your browser to verify human submissions in accordance with Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Postmark: Our contact form submissions are processed and delivered to our email inbox via Postmark (an ActiveCampaign service), ensuring secure transit of your messages.
How Information Is Shared
Care360 does not sell or lease your personal information. Information may be shared with third parties only when needed to process your inquiry (as detailed under Third-Party Services), comply with Tennessee or federal legal obligations, protect safety, or respond to an emergency.
Coaching Privacy
Care360 treats personal stories with care, discretion, and confidentiality. Coaching is not a substitute for licensed mental health care, medical care, legal advice, or emergency services, and is not subject to HIPAA regulations. Security
No website or online form can guarantee perfect security. Please avoid sharing highly sensitive medical, clinical, financial, or legal information through the initial contact form.
