● Meet Vickie Quarles

I have lived most of what I help women walk through.

With a B.A. in Psychology, an M.A. in Healthcare Administration, and twelve years as a Regional Case Manager, I have spent my career building care plans for people in some of their hardest moments. Then life asked me to build one for myself.

“I lost my husband on December 18, 2020. I was a grieving wife and a mother to five daughters at once. There is always purpose in pain. I just needed someone to walk with me to find it.”

Care360 is the practice I wished I had. It blends professional care-management with the kind of empathy you only get from living it: widowhood, single motherhood, NICU stays, raising a child with special needs, and domestic violence recovery.

Hello, I’m Vickie Quarles from Memphis, Tennessee. My journey has been both professionally enriching and personally challenging, shaping me into the life coach and counselor I am today.

With a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, I have spent over 12 years as a Regional Case Manager. This role has deeply immersed me in the world of healthcare, where I have advocated for patients, developed comprehensive care plans, and helped navigate their diverse needs.

My personal life has mirrored many of the complexities I have encountered professionally. I lost my beloved husband, Theodis Quarles Jr., on December 18, 2020, leaving me to navigate the world as both a grieving wife and a mother to our five beautiful daughters, ages 20, 15, 12, 8, and 3.

My journey through grief, along with challenges such as domestic violence, alopecia, teen pregnancy, singlehood, marriage, high-risk pregnancy, NICU stays, and the diagnosis of a special needs child, has been transformative. These experiences inspired the name of my company, Care360, symbolizing how my life has come full circle while embracing every aspect of these experiences.

Reflecting on these challenges, I often wished for someone who could walk with me through those difficult times. Someone who had traveled a similar path. Someone who could offer guidance not only from knowledge, but from shared experience. That longing for support during my moments of struggle has shaped my approach to counseling and coaching. It is the same connection and understanding I now strive to provide for you.

As your coach and counselor, I offer not just theoretical knowledge, but real-life empathy and compassion. I have learned the invaluable art of listening to both spoken words and unspoken emotions. Through my years in healthcare and my own life experiences, I have strengthened my problem-solving skills, learning to carefully assess situations, set realistic goals, and develop actionable plans.

In me, you will find a partner for your journey toward healing, growth, and fulfillment. Let’s embark on this path together with the belief that every challenge is an opportunity to grow into a stronger, more resilient version of yourself.

I have found that there is always purpose in pain.

With warmth and understanding,
Vickie Quarles

● The Care360 Method

Compassion plus structure.

Coaching, not therapy. Practical next steps, without feeling like a case file or sitting through self-help platitudes.

01

Clarify

We name what is actually happening, beneath the noise, the to-do lists, and the strong-woman act.

02

Care

A safe, private, judgment-free space to be honest about grief, fear, anger, and the parts you have not said out loud.

03

Rebuild

We map your strengths, patterns, and goals into a plan that actually fits the season you are in.

04

Rise

You walk forward with clarity, boundaries, and tools you can use. Coaching ends; the structure stays.

“Coaching is for people who are broken.”
You do not have to be in crisis to deserve support.
“I should be able to handle this myself.”
Getting help is not weakness. It is wisdom.
“Nobody will understand my story.”
Your story is not too much. It is the starting point.
“My pain disqualifies me from purpose.”
Your pain is not the end of your story.
● Start with a consult

Why reach out now?

A free 15-minute consult is a gentle first step. You do not need a polished story, a diagnosis, or a perfect plan before you ask for support.

01

You can stop sorting through it alone.

When life feels heavy, it can be hard to know what matters first. Vickie helps you name the season you are in and find one grounded next step.

02

You can ask questions before you commit.

The consult is private and no-pressure. You can share what you are carrying, hear how Care360 works, and decide if the fit feels right.

03

You deserve support that understands real life.

Grief, motherhood, caregiving, burnout, and rebuilding do not arrive neatly. This is a place for the whole story, not a performance.

04

You leave with clarity, not pressure.

Whether you book another session or simply need direction, the goal is to help you feel less alone and more clear about what comes next.

The first conversation is free, 15 minutes, and focused on helping you decide the right next step for this season.
